HARIE: HYROX Training Plan

HARIE is your intelligent training coach for HYROX. The app builds personalized training plans that adapt to your fitness level, your goals and your everyday life — and every completed session feeds into next week's planning. AI TRAINING PLANS Based on your experience, your weaknesses and your race goal, HARIE creates a periodized training plan. Every week is planned automatically — with the right balance of running, strength and HYROX-specific training. COACHING FEEDBACK FOR KEY SESSIONS Every key session gets an individual evaluation: Did the stimulus land? What changes next time? HARIE assesses your intervals against your real data and adjusts the progression — like a coach who actually reviews every key session. HYROX WORKOUT CAPTURE Take a photo of the whiteboard at your HYROX training club and HARIE recognizes the workout automatically. No more manual entry — and the station volume from your class counts toward your weekly planning. RACE MANAGEMENT Manage your HYROX races, import your results and split times directly from the official results page and track your progress over time. WEARABLE INTEGRATION Connect your smartwatch via Health Connect and import training data automatically. Heart rate, duration and distance are matched to your planned sessions. You can also import FIT files — for example from your Garmin watch. FLEXIBLE PLANNING Define your training locations, available equipment and time slots. HARIE plans around your life — not the other way around. A fixed HYROX class? It's factored into your weekly plan. TWO TIERS Free: Manual planning, exercise catalog, 2 workout captures per month. Standard: AI planning, coaching feedback, unlimited captures, wearable sync, analytics. 7-day free trial.
