Xcelsior Staff

The internal calendar app for the Xcelsior team. Your day, one screen. An agenda list or a time grid — your choice, and it's remembered. Swipe sideways to change day. Open the month to jump to a date; a dot on a day tells you it's busy before you get there. Book the gap. Tap empty time on the grid and a new meeting opens at that quarter hour, already filled in. You're picking from time that's genuinely free, so you can't double-book yourself. Add guests and the invitations go out on confirm. Answer invitations from the notification. Accept or decline without opening the app; the organiser's calendar updates straight away. A widget for the next thing. Put your next meetings on the home screen. Prefer privacy? Turn on Hide titles and it shows "Busy" instead of names. Mark yourself away. Out for the day? Say so once, and it shows on the grid for the people who need to know.
