Risecat Path

A garden bank is never the neat triangle a stair calculator 🧮 wants you to type ⌨️ in. It bulges, dips and flattens halfway up. Risecat Path starts from the ground as it actually lies: put a straight plank at the bottom peg, lay the phone 📱 on it or measure 📐 the string drop at the far end, and book the reading. Move the plank up and do it again. Each station goes into a rise-and-fall level book with the reduced level, the chainage and the arithmetic check at the foot, and the bank is drawn as a long-section as you go. When the survey is in, Risecat Path fits a run of steps to that real profile. Choose the riser from eight types, including brick laid flat, brick on edge, oak beam, gravel board, log 📝, stone block, concrete 🧱 kerb and a stone flag nosing, and the tread from six fills. The rise snaps to what that material can give. The going is scored against a 2R+G comfort gauge, and landings go in where the run gets long. Every nosing gets its level 🧗 and the cut or fill to reach it. Leave the step count on Auto or set it yourself and watch 👀 the gauge move. The Yard turns the pegged steps into a take-off: bricks, timber lengths, tread fill, sub-base, concrete 🧱 and the spoil coming out, each counted in wheelbarrow loads for the tray you actually own. It also lists the kit to bring for that method so you can tick it off onto the barrow. Risecat Path keeps several banks side by side, each with its own book 📚 and a photo 📸 of the bank as found next to the steps as built. It works entirely offline 📴, in millimetres or inches.
