TinyGuard

TinyGuard is the app for everyone connected to a care facility — the families watching their child or loved one's day, and the staff and directors who run it. One app, every role, childcare and assisted living alike. For families Live Camera Access — Watch your child or loved one's room from anywhere, in real time. Video is encrypted in transit, and the app never saves it to your device. Daily Updates — Structured, timestamped reports on meals, naps, activities, medications, and milestones throughout the day. Instant Alerts — Push notifications for the moments that matter: pickup reminders, incident reports, and milestone moments. Messaging, Documents & Billing — Message caregivers, sign enrollment documents, review policy updates, and manage your family billing account. For staff & directors Operations in your pocket — Live room cameras, attendance and ratio tracking, and EVV visit verification, wherever you are. Care & compliance — Log care and medication, file incident reports, and pull survey-ready compliance exports — childcare licensing or CMS/state survey. Billing & family communication — Invoices, payments, and direct messaging with families, all from one app. TinyGuard is designed for childcare centers and assisted living / elder care facilities running the TinyGuard platform. Access requires an active account at a participating facility. Contact your facility administrator for enrollment. Privacy: TinyGuard does not sell or share your personal data. The live video you watch is streamed for viewing only — the app never records it or saves it to your device. All data is encrypted in transit.
