Thiqah Cashier is the point-of-sale app for restaurants and food businesses that run on Thiqah. It is built for cashiers and floor staff who need speed at the counter, clarity in the kitchen, and reliability when connectivity is weak. Take and manage orders - Browse your menu with categories, item variations, and modifier groups - Support dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and other order types with correct pricing - Assign tables, waiters, and delivery staff - Add discounts, delivery fees, and order notes — including voice notes for the kitchen - Send KOT (kitchen order tickets) and track order progress from placed to ready Get paid with confidence - Bill orders and accept full or split payments (equal, custom amount, or by item) - Handle paid, billed, and cancelled orders with cancel reasons - Work with your configured payment methods Stay connected to the rest of your operation - Push orders to Kitchen Display (KDS) devices on your local network - Update customer-facing notifier displays when orders are ready - Print receipts on built-in (Sunmi) or network printers Built for real-world service - Offline-first: keep taking orders when the internet is down; data is stored locally and syncs automatically when you are back online - Cash register sessions with staff PIN login for secure shift control - Tables view for dine-in service - Delivery platform pricing where your menu supports it For managers and IT - Sync menu, staff, customers, and configuration from your Thiqah backend - System Health tools to monitor device storage, queues, and connectivity (for supported deployments) Thiqah Cashier is part of the Thiqah ecosystem.
