CIDB BLINK Coordinator

CIDB Coordinator is the official mobile app for CIDB convention program coordinators. Built for event staff on the ground, it keeps your convention schedule organised, attendance accurate, and check-ins seamless — all from one app. Convention Course Management Browse ongoing, upcoming, and archived convention programs in one place. Search by course code or name, view venue and date details, and open full course information including trainer profiles, descriptions, and attached documents such as itineraries and course outlines. Real-Time Attendance Dashboard See active and upcoming sessions at a glance from your dashboard. Track present and absent counts, monitor morning and evening sessions, and review recent scan activity so your team always knows where attendance stands. Instant QR Check-In Scan participant QR codes for fast and frictionless check-ins at the venue. Switch between morning and evening sessions, handle duplicate scans gracefully, and keep convention sessions running on schedule without manual registers. Manual Participant Search When QR scanning is not available, search participants by IC number, name, or participant ID and record attendance manually. Ideal for backup check-ins and on-site troubleshooting. Attendance Summary & Reporting Review per-participant attendance status for each session. View present and absent totals, update attendance where needed, and access a full attendance summary for the active convention course. Profile & Account Management Update your coordinator profile details including name, email, and mobile number. Reset your password when needed, sign out securely, or permanently delete your account directly from the app. Built for CIDB Conventions Designed specifically for CIDB convention programs. Only convention-type courses appear in the coordinator workspace, keeping the app focused on the events your team is responsible for running.
