Stabee Admin

Stabee Admin is the app for managers and HR teams on Stabee, the HR platform for companies. It gives you a live view of your team's attendance wherever you are. Before you download: the app is for managers and HR staff of companies that use Stabee. You cannot create an account in the app; your company creates it and sets your access in the Stabee company portal. Employees who do not manage anyone use the Stabee Employees app instead. Today's attendance • Today's board: who is in now, who has left, who is late, who is absent and who is on leave, with a count for each. • Public holidays and weekly days off show as days off, not absences. Your people • The employee list with each person's status right now, job title, branch and department. • Everyone sees only the people they are responsible for: a direct manager their team, a department or branch manager their department or branch, HR the whole company. Movement log • Every check-in and check-out with its date and time. • Where each one was recorded and how far it was from the branch, and the attendance photo when the company requires one. • Filter by employee and by period. Your own attendance • Check in and out from the same app, like your team does. Alerts • Instant notifications about your team, such as a request waiting for your decision, which you then make in the Stabee web portal. Your account • Your job profile, password change, and the app's language: Arabic or English. Your privacy • The app reads your location only while your attendance screen is open, sends it only with a check-in or check-out, and never tracks you in the background. • Connections are always encrypted.
