HEYKIN

The hard moments don't wait for a good time. The 2am worry. The conversation you keep replaying. The decision you can't think your way out of. Heykin is a place to talk, 24/7 — whether you're navigating parenting, working through something of your own, or both. Somewhere to think things through, work out what to try next, and be honest about how hard it is. YOUR CONVERSATIONS ARE PRIVATE We don't read or monitor your chats — there's no tool in our system for our team to browse them. They're encrypted in transit, used only to generate your coaching replies, never sold, and never used to train public AI models. You can export or delete them anytime. TWO COACHES, ONE APP Life Coach Personal coaching focused on you — stress, work-life balance, goal setting, confidence, and the things you're quietly working through. For the decisions you're stuck on and the patterns you'd like to change. Parenting Coach Guidance for the everyday challenges of raising children — communication, behaviour, routines, and the moments you're not sure how to handle. Built around your family, your children, and what matters to you. Includes full access to the Life Coach. WHAT YOU CAN DO Talk it through Chat with your coach whenever it suits — at 2am, in the car, or in the quiet after everyone's gone to bed. Practise before it happens Role-play the hard conversation before you have it. Choose a situation — a difficult talk with your boss, the bedtime battle, the standoff you know is coming — and your coach plays the other person so you can try an approach in a safe space. Make it yours The more you share, the more personal it gets. Heykin learns your situation, your values, and your style, so the guidance fits your life rather than generic advice. See your patterns Trigger Map helps you understand what catches you off guard, so you can see it coming. Mirror Moment reflects back what your sessions reveal. Use your voice Talk instead of typing, whenever that's easier. WHY PEOPLE USE HEYKIN Support shouldn't only be available during office hours, and it shouldn't cost a fortune.
