Ketora Fast Ring

Ketora Fast Ring is an intermittent fasting timer built around a single beautiful idea: your fasting and eating windows visualized as a smooth, animated countdown ring. No accounts, no subscriptions, no internet required. Set up your fasting protocol — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or a custom split — and the ring does the rest. A clear progress arc divides your day into fasting and eating phases, so you always know exactly where you stand in your cycle at a glance. The app ships with several popular intermittent fasting schedules and lets you define your own start time and window lengths. Everything runs locally on your device. No data leaves your phone. No registration is needed to get started — just pick a protocol and begin. Features include an onboarding flow to help new users choose a fasting plan, a home screen with the animated ring timer, a history view of completed fasting cycles, and a settings screen where you can switch between light, dark, and system themes. Ketora Fast Ring is designed for people who want a straightforward, distraction-free fasting companion that respects their privacy and works entirely offline.
