LockedIn Admin puts your phone-free campus in your pocket. The companion app for school administrators using LockedIn. Check who's locked in, work through your inbox, and start or follow an emergency from anywhere on campus, without opening a laptop. Same account and same data as the LockedIn web dashboard. SEE YOUR CAMPUS AT A GLANCE Live counts of who is locked in and who isn't, updated continuously. Search the full roster, or filter to just the students who need attention: grace periods, missed lock-ins, uninstalled apps and devices that stopped reporting. Filters work like the web dashboard's, and a saved default applies in both. Tap a student to see their status, violations, devices and recent activity, or send a notification straight to their phone. AN INBOX BUILT FOR DEANS Every missed lock-in, grace period and logged infraction arrives as a message you can triage like email. Handle it now, push it to later, or mark it done. Your whole admin team works from the same inbox, so nothing gets handled twice. EMERGENCY MODE Send a school-wide alert to every student device in seconds: lockdown, evacuation, shelter-in-place, medical, or another emergency with your own message. Starting or ending Emergency Mode requires your fingerprint or screen lock, so it can't happen by accident, and a drill switch lets you practice safely. FOLLOW IT LIVE While an emergency or drill is running, the Emergency tab becomes a live console: a headcount of who is safe, who needs help, who is unaccounted for and who has left campus; a satellite map of campus with each student's last reported location; and a two-way chat with every student who asks for help. ALERTS THAT MATTER Push notifications for emergencies and help requests, new student violations, and anonymous concern reports such as bullying or threats. Choose which ones reach your phone. BUILT FOR SCHOOL DATA Every sign-in is confirmed with a code from your email or authenticator app. Your session is stored encrypted on your device with the Android Keystore.
