Vellore Smart City ICCC App is a citizen and internal operations platform developed for efficient complaint resolution and monitoring under the Vellore Smart City initiative. Designed as a five-tier system, this application facilitates structured tracking of civic issues and streamlines the process from reporting to resolution. 🔧 Key Features: Citizen Complaint Submission (via Website): Citizens can raise complaints through the official smart city website. These complaints are then assigned within the app workflow for timely action. Five-tier Access System: Commissioner Department Head Lead Reviewer Technician Each role has specific access levels and responsibilities, ensuring transparency and accountability. Technician Dashboard: Technicians receive complaints assigned to them, update progress, upload images, and mark tasks as resolved. Reviewer Actions: Reviewers validate technician updates, provide remarks, and ensure the quality of the resolution. Monitoring & Oversight: Higher roles like Commissioner, Department Head, and Lead can monitor all ongoing complaints, check status updates, and ensure service levels are maintained. Real-time Updates & Status Tracking: All actions are reflected in real time, allowing departments to stay informed and responsive. 🎯 Purpose: This app enhances Vellore's Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) by creating a direct and digital workflow from public complaints to government action.
