Keepable

Important things deserve a place of their own. Keepable is your secure digital mailbox for correspondence from participating organisations. Receive documents, respond to requests and keep track of what happens next, all in one place. SEE WHAT NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION Find new messages and outstanding requests without searching through scattered conversations. Open letters, bills, statements, appointment details and notices, with the sender clearly identified. READ, RESPOND AND KEEP THE RECORD Review agreements and sign when asked. Complete forms, return requested files, and grant or decline consent requests. Keep the document and your response together so you can return to them later. FOLLOW THE WHOLE CASE See related correspondence and progress in one place, from the first request to the final update. Know when a response is needed and revisit completed cases when you need the record. START A SERVICE Explore services offered by participating organisations and submit a request from your mailbox. Follow the resulting case and receive updates without losing the context. KEEP THINGS ORGANISED Upload your own documents, organise items into folders and find them again when needed. Access shared and organisation mailboxes when you have been granted access. SIGN IN WITH A PASSKEY Use your device security to sign in with a passkey, without a password to remember. Creating a personal Keepable requires a supported Nigerian NIN and face verification. You can use your mailbox while travelling or living outside Nigeria, subject to supported verification and internet access. Opening and using a personal Keepable is currently free. The correspondence and services available to you depend on participating organisations. Keepable is a communication platform, not a provider of banking, healthcare or government services. The organisations and correspondence shown in the store screenshots are fictional examples, not endorsements or claims of existing partnerships.
