i-CARe Adalah aplikasi pelayanan nasabah yang memudahkan nasabah untuk mendapatkan informasi polis, melakukan pengkinian data dan berkomunikasi secara online kepada pusat Layanan Nasabah (LanCAR) PT AJ Central Asia Raya. Melalui aplikasi iCARe ini Memudahkan calon nasabah dan nasabah untuk : 1. Melakukan pengkinian data, seperti perubahan alamat korespondensi, alamat email dan nomor telpon. 2. Mendapat informasi terkait data polis selama 24 jam secara online termasuk Nilai Investasi polis unit link setiap harinya. 3. Komunikasi dengan Customer Service Staff melalui tiket layanan dan dapat memantau proses perubahan polis yang diajukan. 4. Mendapatkan informasi dan dokumen umum dan khusus melalui aplikasi (infomasi syarat klaim & dokumen kelengkapannya). 5. Informasi mengenai produk terbaru dari CAR.
