What Future writes to Health Connect: • The workouts you complete in Future, with the heart rate and active calories recorded during them. • The weight entries you log against a weight goal in Future. Why We Need This Data Your trainer reviews your activity each week and adjusts your program around it. Reading your activity means training you do outside Future still counts.
