Full description
Who's holding? Hold your phone flat above the jack and press the shutter, or switch Auto on and the level releases it once the phone is flat. Le Point ranks the boules by their distance to the jack, without getting the tape measure out. HOW IT WORKS • Center the sight on the jack and hold the phone flat. Press the shutter, or switch Auto on and the built-in bubble level shoots as soon as the phone is level. • The boules are detected automatically on the photo. • Adjust if needed: drag the crosshair onto the jack, drag a marker to move a boule, tap it and then the cross to remove it, or press “+ Boule” and tap a boule to add it. Pinch to zoom in on a tight end. • Read the ranking right away, with approximate distances and the lead of the first boule over the second. WHAT YOU GET • A clear verdict: which boule is holding, and by how much • Approximate distances in centimeters when the scale can be read from the photo, otherwise the lead as a ratio • An honest warning when the first two boules are too close to call • Undo after removing a boule, clearing them, detecting again or retaking the photo • A ranking card to share with your teammates • A history of your measured ends • The photo is analyzed on your device, never saved and never sent anywhere, no account needed • Measuring works without an internet connection • Available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese • Free, with a banner ad and no in-app purchase Le Point is a fun way to settle a close end. It is not an official measuring instrument: when it comes down to millimeters, use a tape measure.

What's new

New look: a signal-yellow tape measure and a new icon. Press the shutter, or switch Auto on to shoot once the phone is flat. Add a boule with “+ Boule”, pinch to zoom on the photo and undo a removal. Change the language from the globe at the top of every screen.
