Weight and reps carry over from last time, and every set shows what you did before, so you always know the number to beat. Rest timer, plate calculator and estimated max built in. A TEN-SECOND CHECK-IN THAT CHANGES YOUR DAY Weight, sleep, soreness, energy. buildHIM turns that into one call: go hard, train as planned, go lighter, or rest. Say your shoulder hurts and today's workout swaps the movements that would make it worse. A GOAL WITH A PLAN BEHIND IT Pick a number that means something, like 225 for 10 or a 3-plate squat, and get the weight and reps for every week between here and there. Miss a week and the plan adjusts instead of shaming you. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Your big 3 total, plate milestones, strength standards for men your age and bodyweight, and a fitness age from a monthly test. EAT FOR IT Set your own calories, protein and goal weight, log food like a diary, scan barcodes, and track water and supplements. RECOVER FOR IT Sleep, soreness and energy tracked over weeks, and a habits score built from the things that actually matter.
