Nuvvy Vox è il client mobile per la telefonia e la collaborazione aziendale. Configura il tuo interno tramite il QR code generato dall’amministratore e porta il centralino della tua organizzazione sullo smartphone. Funzioni principali: • chiamate VoIP in entrata e in uscita; • configurazione rapida e sicura tramite QR code; • elenco degli interni e stato di disponibilità dei colleghi; • chat aziendale con conferme di consegna e lettura; • invio di immagini, documenti, allegati e messaggi vocali; • rubrica aziendale integrata; • accesso facoltativo ai contatti del telefono; • gestione dello stato di presenza; • ingresso e uscita dalle code aziendali; • interfaccia ottimizzata per smartphone con tema chiaro e scuro. Nuvvy Vox può essere configurato con un centralino Nuvvy Vox oppure con le credenziali di un server SIP compatibile. Per utilizzare le funzioni aziendali è necessario disporre di un interno fornito dalla propria organizzazione o da un operatore SIP. L’app non include un numero telefonico né un servizio telefonico autonomo. I contatti del telefono vengono letti soltanto dopo l’autorizzazione dell’utente e non vengono caricati nella rubrica aziendale.
