PARA O COORDENADOR — escala por hospital e setor com dias fixos e repetição; modo rascunho (ninguém é notificado até publicar); vagas abertas com candidatura no app; trocas e passagens sob sua autorização; relatórios em PDF com totais; vários hospitais na mesma conta. PARA O PLANTONISTA — seus plantões do mês numa tela só, mesmo em mais de um hospital; pegar vagas, propor troca ou passar plantão; aviso e lembrete por WhatsApp e push; resumo de ganhos; mural de avisos. QUEM COORDENA E TAMBÉM PLANTONA — uma conta só cobre o painel de coordenação de um hospital e a sua escala no outro.
