Hola !!, sabemos que ya has disfrutado la Plataforma POSITION y aplicación Mobile. Ahora podrás conocer todas las funcionalidades de la Aplicación Route de POSITION, bienvenido …
Con la aplicación POSITION ROUTE, podrás acceder a un sin número de funciones que te permitirá registrar todo tipo de información y acciones que realices en tu cliente. Poder registrar en forma paramétrica una tarea, registrar la firma de tu cliente o sacar una foto, será una tara simple y rápida de lograr.
Una vez que te registras, comienza a navegar a través de las diferentes opción de la aplicación. Podrás visualizar y conocer tu plan de trabajo, detallando cada una de las tareas que debes realizar en tu ruta, visualizar su detalle y orden de entrega el cual podrás modificar según los permisos que te sean asignados. Si no sabes cómo llegar, la aplicación te asistirá a través de los mapas, también podrás tener comunicación directa a la central a través de su chat para solicitar ayuda o informar situaciones no consideradas en la planificación, o establecer una comunicación a través del celular predeterminado ya sea al cliente seleccionado o central. Con la parametrización de las reglas de negocios, podrás registrar toda la información que es requerida en cada punto de cliente, registrar la gestión y comentarios de cada actividad a través de diferentes menús pre configurados, obtener y registrar la firma de quien recibe los productos y/o servicios, y sacar fotos si así lo requieres. En forma simple podrás observar en porcentaje de avance, las tareas ya realizadas o por realizar, con el apoyo de códigos de colores, te facilitara la correcta y oportuna visualización de las diferentes tareas que hayas realizado o tengas pendiente de realizar. Además, podrás entregar notificaciones a tus clientes, tanto de las actividades realizadas como por realizar y así anticipar las ventanas de atención en los clientes.
De esta manera, en forma simple y rápida, podrás proporcionar toda la información a la empresa, dar visibilidad a tus clientes, hacer más eficiente tus tiempos de gestión y disminuir los tiempos administrativos.
