Es la aplicación de trabajo de empresa de mensajería y última milla en Santiago de Chile. Reúne en el teléfono las dos herramientas que el equipo usa todo el día: las conversaciones con clientes y el correo. CONVERSACIONES Las conversaciones de WhatsApp, Instagram y correo llegan a una sola lista, sin tener que elegir bandeja. Al abrir una se puede consultar el contexto del cliente —su operación, su facturación y sus casos abiertos— sin salir de la conversación. Las fotos que envía el cliente se abren a pantalla completa con zoom, para poder leer el número de una guía. CORREO Permite leer, responder, reenviar y escribir correos nuevos desde el teléfono. Se pueden adjuntar archivos desde la galería, la cámara o el gestor de archivos de la empresa, y los borradores se guardan solos. AVISOS La aplicación avisa cuando un cliente escribe, y al tocar el aviso se abre esa conversación. Si la conversación está asignada a una persona, el aviso llega solo a ella; si está sin asignar, llega a quienes atienden esa línea. ACCESO Esta aplicación es de uso interno del equipo de Ecourier y requiere una cuenta del sistema. No está pensada para clientes finales.
