applisty

Organize what matters, from everyday life to field work. applisty starts as a simple list and grows with your needs. Create a list, add items, and organize them into sub-items as deeply as needed. You keep a clear overview without losing the details. FOR EVERYDAY LIFE • Prepare recipes and copy their ingredients into a shopping checklist. • Check off items in the store, attach the receipt, and keep the history. • Organize your home, vehicle, cellar, holidays, projects, or collections. • Keep photos, invoices, warranties, PDFs, notes, and links together. • Add reminders and recurring schedules so you never miss a deadline. FOR WORK • Structure sites, customers, equipment, and sub-equipment. • Track quantities, references, serial numbers, locations, and values. • Plan preventive maintenance and see what is overdue or coming up soon. • Link contacts, suppliers, and responsible people to the relevant records. • Record visits, work performed, documents, and shareable reports. • Track contracts and deadlines within the same structure. ORGANIZATION THAT STAYS SIMPLE Every list can become an inventory, a checklist, or an operational tracker. Colors, favorites, filters, sorting, and global search help you find information quickly. The breadcrumb trail always shows where you are. LIVE SHARING Share only the list you choose with a family member, colleague, or customer. Assign Viewer or Editor access, manage members, and see changes appear within moments. Your other lists remain private. FILES AND BACKUP Take a photo or attach images, PDFs, text files, audio files, and other documents. applisty can keep a private local copy when you enable this option. Export or import a list in .applisty format and choose to back up your data to your private Google Drive space. DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU IN CONTROL Your data is stored locally on your device first. Google sign-in, Drive backup, location, and cloud sharing are enabled only when you use them. For a shared list, only the content required for that collaboration is sent to the cloud. With applisty, a shopping list can stay simple while an equipment fleet can grow into a complete tracking system. The same familiar workflow, the same clarity, at your own pace.
