Full description

Is the Rhine right for a swim today? Rhyy gives you a quick check for Basel and Rheinfelden – on Android, in home-screen widgets and on Wear OS. See water temperature, air temperature, the current weather and UV at a glance. The swimming recommendation explains its reasons. Flow and Rhine trends add context; in Basel, Rhyy also estimates the time from Tinguely to Kaserne. The swim window shows the current and upcoming hours. Tap an hour to explore water, weather, daylight and available water-level and flow forecasts. A five-day outlook helps you plan ahead. Your swim log stays on your device by default, and you can add past swims. Optionally sync it end-to-end encrypted across devices and rhyy.ch, without an account. Encrypted backups are available too. Swim Crew shows how many people are going today. Join directly from the Crew widget. Other widgets combine Rhine status, water, weather, air temperature, UV and swim windows. Wear OS offers a quick check, status explanations and useful complications. • Refreshed design in light and dark mode • Basel German, German, French and English • No ads, account or location access • Feedback form inside the app Rhyy is a guide. Always check conditions on site and follow local SLRG guidance. Its recommendation is not permission to swim or a safety or rescue guarantee.

What's new

Ideen? Feedback übers Formular ist willkommen. Wir gehen darauf ein – nicht nur baden.
