MobiFeedback est une application destinée à recueillir les retours d’expérience des utilisateurs participant à des tests de qualité du réseau mobile. Après certains appels téléphoniques, l’application invite l’utilisateur à répondre à une courte série de questions afin d’évaluer la qualité de la communication et les performances du réseau mobile testé. Les informations collectées permettent d’analyser l’expérience réelle des utilisateurs et d’identifier d’éventuels problèmes de couverture ou de qualité d’appel. L’application est exclusivement destinée aux personnes participant à un programme de test et disposant d’un accès autorisé.
