MECAFLOW 5S

How many minutes a day does your team lose searching, working around, redoing? 5S fixes that — provided it holds. MECAFLOW 5S is the tool that makes it hold. AN AUDIT IN TEN MINUTES Twenty criteria, four answers: no, partial, yes, not applicable. From the phone, standing at the workstation. The score out of 25 computes itself: green from 20, amber from 13. Three safety criteria are knock-outs — a “no” caps the zone; no one fools themselves. EVERY ZONE, ITS SCORE A cell, a workstation, a room, a vehicle: every zone has its curve. The workshop radar shows the weakest axis — sort, set in order, shine, standardise, sustain. A QR code stuck at the workstation opens that zone’s audit. WHAT MUST CHANGE, WHO, WHEN Every gap becomes an action with an owner and a date. Overdue items show in red. One action plan for the whole team. FIVE STEPS, ONE DIPLOMA A 5S project is one zone, one leader, two team members and five dated steps, one per S. At least thirty days between the first and the last. The software issues the diploma when the final audit beats the initial one — otherwise it says what is missing. MECAFLOW certification, reviewed on file, is valid twelve months and verifiable by QR. FIVE MINUTES STANDING, EVERY MORNING Safety, quality, cost, delivery, people: green or red, in front of the team. A red without an action is not a red, it is an oversight. ON THE WORKSHOP TV The shop-floor screen shows what is held and what is left behind. Before / after photos, ISO 7010 signs to print, manuals for the auditor, the project lead, the pilot and the employee. THE PRICE 30-day trial, no credit card. Then CHF 49 per month per company, excl. VAT: up to 50 users, unlimited zones, every feature included. No commitment. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial: you continue, or the workshop becomes read-only. The account takes two minutes to create at 5s.mecaflow.ch, with Google or Microsoft. Built in Switzerland, hosted in Europe. Website in 17 languages, app in French.
