Insieme EOC, l’applicazione per i nostri pazienti. Insieme EOC coinvolge in modo interattivo i pazienti nel processo di cura in sinergia con il personale curante. Grazie ad Insieme EOC favoriamo una comunicazione più efficiente, continuativa e al passo con i tempi. I pazienti possono richiedere i dati di accesso all'app presso i servizi ospedalieri EOC. Questo permette loro di visualizzare i prossimi appuntamenti ed accedere alla propria documentazione clinica. Insieme EOC prevede la possibilità di compilare questionari in modo sicuro e sarà proposta da i vari ambulatori o reparti a quei pazienti che meglio ne potranno beneficiare. Nuove funzionalità verranno aggiunte regolarmente nei prossimi mesi.
