EasyMEAL

EasyMEAL puts your project's data collection in the field — even when there's no network. EasyMEAL is the mobile companion to the EasyMEAL monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) platform. Built for field officers and enumerators, it lets your team collect project data on the ground and sync it to your organization automatically once they're back online. WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS WHEN YOU'RE READY Field work rarely happens where the network is strong. EasyMEAL stores everything securely on the device, so your team can keep working through areas with no connectivity. Submissions upload automatically the next time a connection is available — nothing is lost. BUILT FOR FIELD DATA COLLECTION • Access the projects and forms assigned to you the moment you sign in • Fill out structured forms with text, numbers, dates, and single- or multiple-choice questions • Smart forms show only the questions that apply, based on earlier answers • Save and edit submissions before they sync • Track the review status of everything you've submitted STAY IN SYNC WITH YOUR TEAM • See when a submission is approved or sent back for revision • Read reviewer comments and update your entries without leaving the app • Get notified about important updates SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in with the account your organization provides • Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on your device • Access is limited to the projects you're assigned to PART OF THE EASYMEAL PLATFORM EasyMEAL helps NGOs and donor-funded programs manage the full MEAL cycle — projects, indicators, beneficiaries, trainings and reports — from one connected system. Field teams collect data on mobile; program staff review, analyze and report from the web dashboard. NOTE: EasyMEAL requires an account issued by your organization. If your organization doesn't use EasyMEAL yet, contact your program administrator.
