ArtisanGo: Reports & Tracking

No more paperwork, no more notes lost in the van. ArtisanGo turns your phone into a site office: your quotes, your hours and your receipts, captured where the work happens. Built in Switzerland for Swiss tradespeople and freelancers. 🚀 ON SITE • 📑 Quotes signed on the spot: Write the quote in front of the client, have them sign with a finger on the screen, send it before you get back in the van. • ⏱️ Hours logged as you go: By site or by client, in seconds. No more reconstructing the week on Sunday night. • 📸 Smart scanning: Swiss QR-bills are recognized, your receipts read and named automatically. The reading happens on the phone, no image is sent anywhere else. • 📶 It works with no signal: Basement, new construction, countryside, you just keep going. Everything syncs by itself the moment the signal comes back. 🇨🇭 BUILT FOR SWITZERLAND • Swiss francs by default, Swiss VAT handled. • Swiss UID number supported, with the correct wording if you are not VAT registered. • Swiss QR-bills recognized directly on the phone. 🔄 CONNECTED TO YOUR BEXIO • 📊 Your figures live: Jobs in progress, priority tasks. • 👥 Your clients and suppliers: The full Bexio directory, available offline too. • 📦 Your product catalog: Added to a quote in one tap. • 🏦 Your bank details: IBAN and payment information pulled in automatically. • 🔒 Secure OAuth connection: Your credentials never pass through us. Requires a Bexio Solo plan or higher. 💡 WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT One hour less paperwork every evening. What you capture in the field does not have to be typed again at the office: it is already in Bexio. 🔐 YOUR DATA IS YOURS No server in between: your data lives on your phone and in your Bexio, nowhere else. ArtisanGo never looks at your phone's contacts: it only remembers the ones you chose to add. ▶️ TRY IT BEFORE YOU PAY 14-day free trial on every plan: test ArtisanGo on a real job site without spending a franc.
