Застосунок дозволяє підключатись до контролеру Certa через USB-адаптер, Bluetooth, або локальну мережу (Ethernet або WiFi). Після підключення є можливість записати в контролер прикладну програму, створену в редакторі ViCS. Ця програма має бути попередньо експортована в бінарний файл типу .vics-bin.
