GBS FTTX is the official mobile companion for Global Broadband Solution field and operations teams. Use it to view FTTX network inventory on an interactive map, work offline in the field. WHO IT’S FOR This app is intended for authorised users. You need a valid account to sign in and access network data. KEY FEATURES • Interactive map of FTTX elements, cables, and related assets • Offline-first workflow — browse synced data without a constant connection • Manual sync to download and refresh inventory from GBS servers • Search for elements, cables, and coordinates • Filters by project and element type • GPS / my location to see and pan to your position on the map • Topology path drawing for Okapi-OLT, ONU views • Element, cable, and maintenance detail screens • Secure sign-in with session stored on the device HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your GBS credentials 2. Sync data when online 3. Use the map in the field — including offline after a successful sync 4. Open details, search, filter, and use topology tools as needed PERMISSIONS • Location — to show your position on the map and center the camera on you (optional; map inventory still works if denied) • Internet — to authenticate and synchronise data PRIVACY GBS FTTX is an internal operational tool.
