Charta

Charta is the mobile app built for sports academies and the families they serve. Replace scattered WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, and paper notes with one simple place to manage teams, log sessions, and track every player's development over time. Whether you run a football academy, swimming club, basketball program, or any youth sports organization, Charta gives you structured tools to run your academy and transparent progress for parents and players. FOR ACADEMY MANAGERS • Register your academy — set up your profile with logo, sport types, and contact details • Manage teams and rosters — create teams by age group and sport, add players with profiles and photos • Define custom skill sets — choose the skills that matter for each team (e.g. Passing, Dribbling, Shooting for football; Technique, Endurance, Speed for swimming) • Log training sessions — select skills practiced, mark attendance (Present / Absent / Excused), and automatically award points to players who attend • Run evaluation sessions — manually score players from 0–100 on selected skills to reflect their true current level • Track attendance — see attendance rates per player and per session across all session types • Add session and player notes — leave feedback parents and players can read anytime • Invite parents and players — send invitation codes so families can view progress in the app FOR PARENTS & PLAYERS • Link your account with an invitation code from your academy manager • View your development dashboard — see current skill points, overall score, and progress over time • Follow attendance — check your attendance rate across training and evaluation sessions • Read coach notes — stay informed with feedback from training and evaluation sessions • Browse session history — review past sessions and how your skills have changed • View your player card — a shareable summary of your skills and development HOW PLAYER DEVELOPMENT WORKS Charta uses a clear, points-based system: Training Sessions reward consistency. When players attend, they automatically earn points for the skills practiced that day. Points only go up — encouraging regular participation. Evaluation Sessions reflect real performance. Coaches manually score each player, and scores can go up or down based on how they perform. This keeps progress honest and meaningful. Over time, skill points build into a progress chart so managers, parents, and players can see development at a glance. BUILT FOR THE GCC Charta is designed with Arabic-first support and full English localization, right-to-left layout, and a mobile experience suited to academies in Kuwait and across the region. Works offline too — academy managers can log sessions without an internet connection; data syncs automatically when you're back online.
