Lumina Labs Case Manager

Lumina Labs Case Manager Lumina Labs Case Manager lets dental clinics and lab teams manage clear aligner cases from a phone. Clinicians can open new patient cases, capture guided clinical photos and X-rays straight from the camera, upload scans and files, and keep prescriptions and the care team up to date. Cases move through review and are released to production. On the lab side, production staff can follow every order stage by stage: design, model printing, trimming and polishing, quality checks and shipping. They see printing and trimming progress for each model, can start and complete stages, and can scan aligner QR labels to record trimming as it happens on the bench. Role-based dashboards give clinics and managers a live view of cases, turnaround times and operator performance. A searchable case history shows who did what and when. Built for Lumina's secure, multi-clinic platform, the app keeps doctors, case managers and the lab working from the same information.
