Surfa Care helps patients, families and nurses organize home nursing visits and follow care details in supported service areas. For patients and families: • Browse services, details and prices before sending a request. • Set the visit address and choose from available appointment options. • Review the assigned nurse’s profile before approving the visit. • Follow visit status and communicate through order-related chat and voice calls. • Manage your profile, photo, health information and family members. • View requests, care records and reminders in one place. For nurses: • Access visit requests and work tools in a dedicated workspace. • Manage visit stages and communicate with patients. • Record visit information within your account permissions. The app interface is currently in Arabic. Some features require phone-number sign-in and an internet connection. Availability depends on your service area and available care professionals. The app is free to download; home nursing services are paid at the displayed price. Surfa Care coordinates care services.
