RizCare

RizCare is the app for patients of a clinic that uses RizCare. It shows your appointments, what your clinic has shared with you, and your bills. If your clinic does not use RizCare, the app has nothing to show you yet. GETTING IN Open the link your clinic sent you by text or email, or type the clinic code reception gave you. Then sign in with a six-digit code we send you. The first time, use the code printed on your visit summary, with your date of birth. WHAT YOU CAN DO - See your next appointment and the ones after it, and cancel one you cannot make. To book or move one, call the clinic from the app. - Read the notes, instruction sheets, prescriptions and results your clinic has shared with you. Notes and instruction sheets show who wrote and signed them, and anything new is marked until you open it. - See what you owe and what you have paid. Where your clinic takes cards, pay a bill by card. - Message your clinic, where the clinic has turned messages on. - Call the clinic, with its opening hours beside the number. - Turn appointment reminders on or off, where your clinic sends them. - If your clinic has linked a child's or a relative's records to you, switch between them at the top of the screen. Your clinic decides what the app shows. A note or a result appears once the clinic shares it with you. STAYING SIGNED IN On a phone with a passcode, fingerprint or face unlock, the app stays signed in and asks for that lock when you open it. On a phone without one, you sign in with a new code each time you open the app. You need a connection to pay, send a message or cancel an appointment. Without one, you can still read what is already open. For anything urgent, call your clinic or your local emergency number. You can delete your account from the You tab. Your clinic keeps the medical and billing records it holds about your care.
