Aisona Staff

Aisona Staff is the mobile app for care teams at PACE organizations that use Aisona Care. It keeps the team connected during the day, on the floor, on home visits and on the road. Accounts are created by your organization. If you do not have an account, please ask your administrator. Chat with your team - Group rooms, direct messages and role channels - Replies, mentions, reactions and read receipts - Translate a colleague's message with one tap Task cards - Requests from participants arrive as task cards - Respond, forward to a colleague, or hand off your open cards when your shift ends - See what is assigned to you and what is due today Participants - One list of the participants you care for, with open alerts and requests at the top On-call and duty - See who is on call now and next - Mark yourself out for the day and hand off your work Center notices - Read and post notices for the whole center Rides (for drivers) - Today's route with stops and pickup times - Check riders in and out at each stop - While a route is in progress, the app shares the van's location with your dispatch team so they can follow the route. Location sharing stops when the route ends. Built for privacy - Sign-in is protected, and the app can lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode - Notifications never show participant names or message content on the lock screen Available in English, Korean and Spanish.
