TabKeeper

TabKeeper is an adult rec-league tab tracker. Build a budget, track finances, distribute costs, tap a button to record a transaction or log a drink, and your balance updates instantly. One tap, that's it. It works with no signal at the rink and syncs the moment you're back on. Managers get a roster, budget tool, season fees split by player type, expenses and income, payouts, and a ledger that reconciles against the bank. No spreadsheets, no group-chat math, no end-of-night guesswork. • One-tap logging: Log your own drink in a single tap • Works with no signal: Log now, sync later, rinks and dugouts included • Live balances: Everyone always sees where they stand • Keep it topped up: Run the tab prepaid so the cooler's always funded • The cooler, handled: Heroes stock the team and get credited to the penny • Team treasury: Dues and contributions in, jerseys and fees out, all in one ledger • Season fees, split fairly: The budget divides across the roster by player type • Reports that settle arguments: Who owes what, who drank what, and a ledger you can export to CSV • Reconcile your way: E-transfer, cash, or contribution • Passwordless sign-in: Just your email and a one-time code • Players are always free TabKeeper records what a team already owes itself. It does not sell, supply or deliver alcohol. Payments happen between people, off-app. It just keeps the book so everyone stays square. Free for 45 days. After that the team buys a year. Players never pay. No ads, no trackers. Drink detail is deleted automatically after 30 days; balances are kept, because that's the part somebody actually owes. For adults of legal drinking age. Please enjoy responsibly.
