OraPV enregistre vos réunions de conseil d'administration et vous en livre le procès-verbal par courriel. Posez le téléphone sur la table, appuyez sur Démarrer, et menez votre réunion. L'application continue d'enregistrer écran verrouillé, pendant toute la séance — une notification persistante vous rappelle qu'elle travaille. À la fin, appuyez sur Terminer : l'audio part vers nos serveurs, la transcription et le procès-verbal se font tout seuls, et vous recevez le lien par courriel. CE QUE FAIT L'APPLICATION • Enregistrement d'une réunion, écran éteint et verrouillé. • Reprise automatique après une coupure de réseau : l'enregistrement reste sur l'appareil tant qu'il n'a pas été reçu, et repart tout seul quand la connexion revient. • Téléversement d'un fichier audio déjà enregistré avec un autre appareil. • Transcription avec identification des intervenants, puis rédaction du procès-verbal. • Livraison par courriel, à l'adresse que vous indiquez. POUR QUI Pour les secrétaires, administrateurs et gestionnaires qui doivent produire un procès-verbal fidèle après chaque séance, et qui préfèrent écouter la réunion plutôt que de la prendre en note. CONFIDENTIALITÉ Votre audio est transcrit sur nos propres serveurs, situés au Québec. Une fois le procès-verbal produit, l'enregistrement est supprimé automatiquement. Le procès-verbal et sa transcription sont supprimés à leur tour après le délai indiqué dans notre politique de confidentialité.
