Parents of non-speaking individuals spend years learning what every gesture, sound, and look means. That understanding is deep, personal, and hard-earned. But it usually lives in one person’s head. Every time a new support worker, therapist, or teacher steps in, that understanding resets. MORO changes that. MORO gives families one place to capture their loved one’s unique communication, routines, and needs, and carry that understanding forward to every person on their support team. What MORO does: Behaviour Dictionary Document your loved one’s unique communication style. Log cues, triggers, and meanings so every supporter knows how to respond. Task Management Create structured daily routines that travel with your loved one. Track completion in real time. Loved One Experience A guided interface designed for your loved one to follow routines and build independence. Digital Handover Add new team members in seconds using a secure code or QR link. No more long briefings or repeated explanations. Team Permissions Control exactly who can view and edit information. Maintain trust with clear boundaries. Smart Notifications Stay informed when tasks are completed, skipped, or when new members join, without unnecessary noise. Topics of Interest Access curated resources tailored to your loved one’s needs, delivered directly to your home screen. Who MORO is for: Families who want peace of mind that carries understanding forward Support workers who want to show up prepared, not guessing Care centers aiming to reduce onboarding time and deliver consistent care MORO was built from real life. Co-founder Mohamed Ali grew up watching his family rebuild understanding every time a new person stepped in to support his brother Marwan, who is autistic and non-speaking.
