Mariam's Staff

Mariam's Staff is the mobile app for employees of Mariam's Footsteps Inc., a residential care provider in Alberta, Canada. IMPORTANT: This app is for Mariam's Footsteps staff only. You must sign in with your Mariam's Footsteps work (Microsoft) account, and only people we have given access can sign in. If you are not a Mariam's Footsteps employee, this app is not for you. A built-in sample data mode, using invented information, lets reviewers and new staff look around without an account. What you can do (depending on your role and house): - Today: see your shift, clock in and out, and see tasks for your house - Schedule: view your upcoming shifts and get shift reminders on your phone - House: record checks and safety checklists, raise work orders, and report incidents - Clients: view the profile and care information for the people in your house, and record notes you are authorised to enter - Requests: send HR, IT and access requests, add attachments, and follow replies - Petty cash: record expenses for your house with a receipt photo, and see their status - Me: your staff ID, certifications, evaluations and settings - Notifications (optional): get general work alerts. They never show client details. Privacy and security - Your sign-in is handled by Microsoft. The app has no ads and no analytics or tracking. - The app does not use your location. - The app locks with a PIN and optional fingerprint or face unlock, and hides its contents from screenshots and the app switcher. - Client and staff information is shown only to people authorised for that house or program, and is held on Mariam's Footsteps' systems. - Photos are sent only when you choose to attach them, and location tags are removed first.
