Cardio Study

Cardio Study is the companion app for people taking part in a cardiac monitoring test. Pair it with your issued Holter monitor over Bluetooth and confirm, at a glance, that your recording is running and your electrodes are attached. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Connect your monitor - scan for your Holter, pair over Bluetooth, and see connection status right on the home screen. • Check your signal - a signal check tells you whether everything looks good or which electrode has lost contact. • Watch your ECG live - rotate to landscape for a real-time scrolling trace of Leads I, II and III, with selectable sweep speeds of 10, 25 and 50 mm/s. • Follow your recording - see how long the device has been recording and when it started, plus battery level and signal quality. WHAT YOU NEED • A compatible Holter monitor issued to you as part of your test. • An Android phone or tablet with Bluetooth. Android requires Bluetooth and location permissions to discover nearby Bluetooth devices. Cardio Study uses them only to find and connect to your monitor - your location is not tracked, stored or shared. IMPORTANT Cardio Study is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnostic use. The ECG trace and readings are shown for your personal information only. The app does not diagnose, treat or detect any heart condition, and it is not a monitoring or alerting service - it will not warn you about an abnormal heart rhythm.
