Blyyss: Local Grocery Flyers

Blyyss puts local Halifax shops' flyers in one app. Browse them, search every flyer at once, and tap what you want to build a shopping list, or a basket at the two stores Blyyss delivers from. FLYERS FROM LOCAL SHOPS Flyers from butchers, halal grocers, and Asian, Indian, Filipino, Italian, Eastern European, African, Caribbean, Latin, bulk and natural food shops across Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford. Some are the shop's own flyer; others are laid out by Blyyss from each shop's own listings and prices. Browse by Explore, Nearby, Latest, A-Z or shop type, and heart the shops you like so they come first. Share your location or a postal code, or skip it, and Nearby sorts the shops by how far they are from you. SEARCH EVERY FLYER The Search tab looks through every flyer at once. Type an item, like chicken or salmon, and see which shops have it on their flyer. TAP TO BUILD A LIST OR A BASKET Tap an item on a flyer and it is circled. - At most shops it goes on your list, saved on your phone and kept on the List tab. Tap it again to take it off. Take the list into the shop and pay at their till. Blyyss takes no payment for a list, and you do not need an account. Some shops also link to their own website. - At Gateway Meat Market and Shahi Groceries, the two stores Blyyss delivers from, a tap on a current flyer puts the item in your basket, and you check out when the store is taking orders. ORDER FROM TWO LOCAL STORES Order from a real local shop at the price on its shelf. Prices are the merchant's own, never marked up, and you are told the most you can be charged before you pay. For delivery we shop your basket by hand and bring it to your door. At Shahi Groceries you can also choose pickup: the store bags your order and you pay at its till. Gateway Meat Market. Butcher-fresh meat at the prices in its current weekly flyer, on a weekly pre-order run delivered on Sunday. The app shows when ordering opens and closes each week. Blyyss is not affiliated with Gateway Meat Market. Shahi Groceries. South Asian staples, spices and fresh produce from its flyer, with evening delivery Thursday to Sunday, or pickup any day. PRICING YOU CAN CHECK Every item shows the store's own shelf price. Items sold by weight show a clear maximum, so a heavier cut is never a surprise on your bill. For delivery, you approve a hold at checkout for the most your order could come to. The delivery fee and card processing are shown as their own lines before you pay, and card processing is charged at cost. Once we have shopped your order, you are charged the real store receipt plus the charges shown at checkout and any tip you choose, and the rest of the hold is released. Pickup takes no card and no hold: you pay at the store's till. PAY BY CARD Check out with a credit or debit card. Nothing is charged when you book. FOLLOW YOUR ORDER Follow your order from placed to delivered, and see the store receipt once it is added. WHERE WE DELIVER Delivery is available across Nova Scotia. Pickup is available at Shahi Groceries. Blyyss is built in Halifax, and every flyer and every order supports an independent local shop.
