FusionMES Mobile puts the shop floor in your hand. It is the Android companion to FusionMES, the manufacturing execution system built for fabrication shops, job shops, and machine shops. Every scan, stage change, inspection, and receipt made on the floor shows up in the office the moment it happens. WHO IT IS FOR Operators, fitters, welders, inspectors, receivers, and shop supervisors who need to record work where it happens instead of walking back to a terminal or filling in a paper traveler. WHAT YOU CAN DO Sign in with a badge Tap or scan your badge to sign in. No typing passwords on a shared tablet. Scan and go Scan the QR label on any item to open it instantly. See where it is in its workflow, what stage comes next, and any holds or non-conformances on it. Advance work through stages Start, complete, stop, resume, or revert a stage from the item screen. Place and release holds. Flag an NCR when something is wrong. Every transition is timestamped and visible on the web dashboard. Complete inspections on the spot Fill in the inspection checklist tied to the current stage. Quality gates stop an item from advancing until the required inspection is done. Receive material Receive raw material and parts against the project, assign a bin or storage location, and log remnants when you cut stock. Manage inventory Look up material and locations by scan, take stock from inventory for a job, and run stocktakes from the floor. Prepare shipments Open a shipment, confirm what is on it, and mark it ready to go. Clock in and out Time clock built in, tied to the same badge you use to sign in. View drawings and documents Open the drawings and documents attached to an item without leaving the app. Keep working when the network drops Work is queued on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns. The sync queue screen shows exactly what is waiting. Dashboard on the floor Active projects, items in progress, and active holds at a glance.
