BACKROOM by AFTR DARK

BACKROOM is the organizer app for AFTR DARK Tickets. Run your events, watch sales come in, and work the door, all from your phone. AT THE DOOR • Camera QR scanner built for dark rooms: quick reads, a torch, and a buzz, beep and colour flash on every scan • Keeps working offline: scans queue on the phone and sync when you reconnect, and any conflicts are flagged • Entry and bar passes are recognised automatically, so there is no mode to switch • Door staff codes: give your staff a 6-digit code instead of an account • Name search for the guest who can't find their pass • Sell at the door: take card payments on a Stripe card reader, and the ticket is issued and checked in on the spot SALES AND ALERTS • Live ticket sales and RSVPs for every event • A push alert for every sale, with a ching that gets bigger with the order • Alerts when the door gets busy or sees repeated scans • Check-ins, arrivals and no-shows as the night happens YOUR EVENTS • Create and edit events, ticket tiers, guest lists and promo codes • Ticket holders and guest lists for every event, with search and export • Tracking links that show which posts and promoters sold tickets • Analytics from page view to checkout to through the door GROW THE ROOM • Pulse: email your audience and build segments from who actually opens • Ads: follow your managed ad campaigns and what they sold • Creative Studio: follow your design requests and download finished files DUSK • Ask DUSK, the built-in assistant, about your events, sales and the door, or reach the AFTR DARK team. DUSK is optional and asks your permission first. SECURE BY DEFAULT • App lock with your fingerprint, face or screen lock • Sign in with your password, an email link or a passkey • Delete your account from Settings at any time BACKROOM needs an AFTR DARK Tickets organizer account.
