O APP é uma plataforma integrada para a gestão de acesso, onde o usuário terá tudo na mão, em conformidade com o que for configurado e instalado.
Entre diversas funções, algumas citadas abaixo:
-Receber alertas gerais via Push referente eventos de segurança: Invasão, Arrombamento, pânico, Porta/Portão deixada aberta, etc.
-Receber alertas gerais de zeladoria: Porta da casa de máquinas aberta por “João”, Reservatório nível baixo, Nível de caixa de água baixo, motor 01 ligado, motor 02 desligado ,tempo de abastecimento vencido, vazamento caixa d'água, alagamento na casa de máquinas, Queda da energia elétrica, Sistema irrigação acionado, Filtro da piscina ligado em horário não correto, limite de temperatura ou umidade de área x ultrapassado, ar condicionado ligado, etc.
-Efetuar reservas de áreas comuns, salão de festas, salão jogos, salão gourmet, cinema, etc.
-Convidar pessoas enviando chaves de acesso como QR Code (Sistema de ticket de acessos).
