O aplicativo e-SUS Território é distribuído pelo Departamento de Saúde da Família do Ministério da Saúde com o objetivo de facilitar o processo de trabalho dos agentes de saúde (ACS/ACE). O aplicativo pode ser utilizado em dispositivos do tipo Tablet ou Smartphone, viabilizando o registro das visitas domiciliares de forma rápida e segura. Os dados cadastrados no aplicativo são integrados aos dados do Sistema e-SUS APS com Prontuário Eletrônico do Cidadão (PEC). Para fazer o uso da ferramenta é necessário que o município tenha uma versão do PEC instalada e devidamente configurada. As credenciais do agente de saúde devem estar atualizadas no Sistema Cadastro Nacional de Estabelecimento de Saúde (SCNES). Dessa forma, a sincronização do aplicativo com o PEC será efetuada. Todo usuário poderá contribuir para que o aplicativo e-SUS Território, bem como o Sistema e-SUS APS dialoguem cada vez mais com suas práticas regionais. Aplicativos móveis na Estratégia e-SUS APS O Departamento de Saúde da Família (DESF/SAPS) incluiu na Estratégia e-SUS APS aplicativos móveis para registro das ações realizadas pelos profissionais de saúde em locais de difícil manejo de computadores ou notebooks. A disponibilização do aplicativo se integra às ações do DESF na ampliação do acesso a novas tecnologias para apoiar o processo de trabalho das equipes de Saúde da Família (eSF), e, de modo geral, às equipes de Atenção Primária a Saúde (eAP), dada a importância das ações da APS em todo o território nacional. Nesse contexto, o aplicativo e-SUS Território priorizou os Agentes de Saúde (ACS/ACE), dada a capilaridade das ações no território para fora da unidade de saúde.
