Allows customization of theme (light/dark), language (Brazilian Portuguese, US English, Spanish), and stopwatch update interval. - **Simplified Interface:** Intuitive design with simplified action buttons, highlighting only essential functionalities for operation during training sessions. Allows adding and editing comments on training sessions, laps, and splits for detailed notes. - **Individual Registration and Tracking:** User registration with photo and contact details such as email and phone, facilitating the sending of results and feedback from training sessions. **Technical Considerations:** For devices with more modest specifications, it is recommended to keep the update interval around 0.5 seconds to ensure adequate interaction without affecting update fluidity, avoiding delays that can impair user experience during intensive use. **About the App:** Trainer’s Stopwatch was developed to provide coaches and athletes with a robust and reliable tool to monitor and improve performance in running.
