Aplicativo de campo para os técnicos que instalam e mantêm as redes de fibra óptica da infraestrutura da Plim Telecom. Funcionalidades: Achar a CTO mais próxima Mapa com as caixas de atendimento ao seu redor, ordenadas por distância e com raio ajustável. Mostra os splitters, as portas livres e a PON que alimenta cada CTO, e traça a rota até o local pelo app de mapas do aparelho. Provisionar a ONU Leitura da etiqueta pela câmera: o app localiza a ONU não autorizada na OLT já com slot e PON preenchidos. Basta informar o cliente e escolher a CTO, o splitter e uma porta livre. Se algum passo falhar, o app desfaz o que já havia executado. Consultar sinal e estado Lista de ONUs com busca e filtros por status, OLT e operadora. Leitura ao vivo na OLT: potência óptica, tempo online e a causa da última queda. Configurar a ONU LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, controle de acesso e manutenção, em telas específicas por fabricante, com backup de configuração e execução de scripts autorizados. Acompanhar chamados Histórico completo e resposta com foto da instalação, feita no próprio local do atendimento. Acompanhar a rede Painel com o resumo da operação e monitor de ONUs, para ver quedas em tempo real. Receber avisos Notificações de novo chamado e de queda de sinal, mesmo com o app fechado. Acesso restrito Este é um aplicativo corporativo. O acesso é feito com credenciais fornecidas pela Plim Telecom ou pela operadora parceira. Não há cadastro público nem versão de avaliação. Permissões Localização: listar as CTOs mais próximas e mostrar sua posição no mapa. Usada apenas com o app aberto, nunca em segundo plano. Câmera: ler o código da etiqueta da ONU e fotografar a instalação. Fotos: anexar imagem a um chamado. Notificações: avisar sobre chamados e quedas de sinal.
