Indicado para empresas que já possuem o sistema Admcopy e que precisam disponibilizar ordem de serviço via aplicativo ao técnico responsável pelo atendimento. Veja como funciona A cada nova abertura de Ordem de serviço, seu técnico é notificado e poderá visualizar sua de lista de atendimentos em tempo real de acordo com a prioridade e prazo de atendimento determinado pelo administrador. Antes mesmo do deslocamento ao cliente, seu técnico poderá notificar o cliente através de e-mail, informando que já está a caminho. Para facilitar o trajeto, também poderá acionar seu GPS a partir do aplicativo para receber as instruções de deslocamento até o cliente. Ao concluir o atendimento, é necessário o preenchimento das informações de baixa, assim como: peças substituídas, causa do defeito, condição final do equipamento e outras informações.
