O Minha Elevar é a central do assinante da Elevar Telecom. Com ele você resolve as coisas da sua internet sem ligar e sem ir até a loja. No app você pode: - ver a fatura em aberto, com valor e vencimento, e pagar com PIX (copia e cola ou QR code) ou pelo código de barras do boleto; - avisar que já pagou e ver quando o pagamento foi confirmado; - acompanhar o consumo da internet nos últimos 7 dias, 30 dias ou 12 meses; - conversar com o atendimento da Elevar pelo chat; - abrir chamado técnico com foto ou vídeo do equipamento e acompanhar seus chamados; - ver e trocar o nome e a senha do Wi-Fi, quando o seu equipamento permite; - baixar o contrato e as notas fiscais em PDF; - medir a velocidade da conexão; - atualizar celular e e-mail, trocar a senha e a foto do perfil. O app avisa no celular as mesmas coisas que aparecem no sino: fatura nova, fatura perto de vencer, pagamento recebido, internet reduzida ou bloqueada e resposta no chat. A resposta do chat chega com o texto da mensagem, como no WhatsApp. Nos avisos de fatura, com o celular travado aparece só "Aviso da Elevar"; valor e data aparecem depois que você destrava. Depois de confirmar o seu celular pelo link que a Elevar manda no WhatsApp, dá para abrir o app com a digital ou com o bloqueio de tela. A sua digital não sai do aparelho. Tem tema claro e escuro, e a letra acompanha o tamanho que você usa no celular. Para usar, é preciso ser cliente da Elevar Telecom. Entre com o e-mail e a senha da Central do Assinante ou pelo link que a Elevar manda no WhatsApp. Se esqueceu a senha, chame a Elevar no WhatsApp (19) 3213-5555.
