LocAki

You can no longer keep track in your head of which equipment is out, which rental ends tomorrow and who still hasn't paid. A spreadsheet on your phone doesn't help in the middle of a delivery. LocAki keeps your rental business in one place: add customers and equipment, create a rental by choosing the customer, equipment, price and dates, and follow everything from there. Rentals are split into active and completed, with alerts for rentals that are about to expire or already overdue. On the deliveries and payments screens you see what needs to go out, what needs to come back and what is still awaiting payment — and mark it as delivered, picked up or paid with a single tap. Need more time? Renew the rental with a new end date and keep or adjust the price. • Active and completed rentals in the same list, with deadline, payment, delivery and pickup status • Today's deliveries and pickups: see what goes out and what comes back, and check it off as it happens • Payments: who is pending and who has already paid, without digging through a notebook • Customer and equipment records, with the app warning you when a piece of equipment is already rented out • Rental renewal in a few taps, with a new end date and the price kept or changed • Invoice tracking per rental: mark when the invoice has been issued LocAki is free to start, with a limit on new rentals per month. Premium unlocks unlimited rentals and full reports. The app tracks whether an invoice was issued, but it does not issue invoices or bill your customers. LocAki Premium subscription • Monthly — US$ 5.99 per month • Six months — US$ 23.99 every 6 months Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
