Nesta versão, o atendimento ganhou o Histórico do contato: um único feed com todas as conversas daquele cliente, da mais recente para a mais antiga, para consultar tickets anteriores sem sair do chat. Também corrigimos o bug da agenda no horário ocupado. O sistema agora identifica corretamente quando o horário já está reservado e evita conflito no agendamento.
